In the fields of Debtor/Creditor relationships, banking and business matters, we represent companies such as WesBanco Bank, Inc., First Safety Bank, First National Bank of Germantown, Miami Savings Bank, and Dearborn Savings Bank. We also represented Winton Savings & Loan Company in those matters before it became part of WesBanco Bank, Inc. We were the primary litigation counsel for Gateway Federal Savings Bank before it was purchased by PNC Bank.
In the fields of real estate property management, condominium association and homeowner’s association matters, we represent companies such as L&B Management Firm, Freedom Referral Group, LLC, SEM Villa, Inc., Apple Valley Condominium Owner’s Association, Aspen Glen Condominium Association, and Woodcreek Association. We also represent many individual landlords in disputes involving leases, rental agreements, land contracts, evictions, and claims for past rent and damages.
In collection matters, we represent the Hamilton County Clerk of Courts, Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority, F.H. Properties, Brandywine Apartments, and Normar. We have also represented Shillito’s and Lazarus before those companies became part of Macy’s.
In subrogation matters, we represent Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, formerly Ohio Casualty Insurance Company in southwest Ohio and in northern Kentucky. Prior to its sale to Liberty Mutual, we performed all the subrogation work for Ohio Casualty in southwest Ohio. This firm also represented Ohio Casualty and Century Insurance regarding insurance defense matters before both were purchased by other corporations.
In the field of personal injury, our experience in representing insurance companies has assisted us in pursuing claims for numerous personal injury, loss of the enjoyment of life, and loss of earnings.
We have represented Ford Development Corporation, a large local contractor, in various construction matters.
